Apr 5 - Sunday Grik - Puncak Titiwangsa - Grik Road ride

Meeting at Jabatan Hutan at 7 am sharp before convoy to Grik. We will be riding with Letua Team. This will be a hilly ride. For those who intend to participate but do not have transport pls contact Nizam (016-4102610) for possible arrangement. Note: late comers will need to find their way to Grik on their own so pls punctual.

March 28 MTB Round Island ride in Penang

Round Penang island and short detour for MTB up hill at Bukit Genting before back to on the road at the top of the hill. Start from Sg Ara at 7am, 7.20am at USM Bkt Gambir entrance, & 7.25am at Shell Greenlane and 7.45am at Gurney drive traffic lights. Note that this will be a relatively slower ride.

Distance : ~140km

Kulim Jamboree Update

A handful of MKH roadies entered the MTB event. Despite some technical difficulties at the start of the event causing a late start, almost all finished in the top 20. This was particularly aided by the long onroad and fast rideable sections of the course. Danny got the "Raja Bukit" title for being the fastest climber among the front runners. Kudos to the organisers for being able to pull together such a big event with 800+ riders and enjoyable trail.

Saturday, March 7- Easy round Island ride

Route : Sg Ara - Green Lane - Balik Pulau- Sg Ara. All on the the road.
Start: 7am from Sg Ara. Estimate to arrive 7.30 Shell Green Lane and 8am- Gurney Drive roundabout for those who want to join from those points. Breakfast stop at Teluk Bahang.

Note that this will be a slow ride...All riders are welcome
