Great news : SL Cheah - is officially a mother now

All MKH riders who knew SL Cheah,
This morning at 8:30am SL’s has promoted to become a mother with her healthy & chubby baby girl. She is in GMC RM527....

Kulim Lenggong ride outcome on Sept 21

14 riders turned up for the one way and also yearly kulim-lenggong ride. Similarly to tradition we end up having fresh water fish lunch. Total distance is around ~85km only but plenty of hills which include the final 9km of sumpitan hills

Easy round island ride. Route as follows:

Sunday Sept 21 Kulim Lenggong ride

Ride start from Jabatan hutan 7.30 sharp. This is a one way ride with one major and long hill climb. Interested riders need to arrange for their own support vehicle for the the return journey. Lunch will be at Lenggong fresh water fish fish ball restaurant.

Penang Hill ride this Saturday (September 13)

This Saturday, we will ride up Penang Hill uring the jeep track, and going downhill thru the Air Itam trails. We will meet at Botanic Garden entrance at 8am sharp. Let Peng Soon know at either +60195557609 or psyew555@yahoo.com if you plan to join.

Road ride Sunday Sept 14

Road ride starting from Kulim to Selama. Start at Jabatan Hutan 730am. Plan to have lunch at Sg Kob for those who are interested.

PCC 2008 ride

A total of 14 (12 riders + 2 support GMs) participated in the 3 day event covering :- Day 1 (Aug 29): Kajang to Bahau (134KM)
Day 2 (Aug 30): Bahau to Kuala Rompin (179KM)
Day 3 (Aug 31): Kuala Rompin to Kuantan (158KM)
The route was more challenging than previous years but all completed and more importanty all arrived safely. This year we have 2 MTB riders who who decided to join on a last minute replacement. In general it was well organized at least from the routing, food and accomodation perspective. On behalf of the MKH riders, we would like to thank the PCC organisers who every year thru voluntarily basis able to pull to gether such event covering such a distance.
