Kuala Kangsar Jamboree 29th June 2008

Kuala Kangsar MTB jamboree Carnival will happen on Sunday 29th Jun 2008. This is a 40km ride covering town of Kuala Kangsar, rubber estates and will have hill climbs and downhills. Forms can be obtained from KT Cycletron. MKH is planning to have have a group participation in this event. For those interested pls contact Danny or Peng Soon. March 30 Sunday Road ride

Kulim-Pantai Merdeka covering ~130km. Breakfast stop is after 80km, pls prepare accordingly. Starting point: Jabatan Hutan at 7.30 sharp.

Fun at Ipoh Fellowship ride 2008

About 20 MKH riders took part in the Ipoh Fellowship ride on Sunday Mar 23. A well organized event with well balance trail for all riders. Overall the group did extremely well with 3 top 10 position (joint 1st, 4th and 7th) and 6 top 20 finishes. The rain on previous night add extended level of excitement from the muddy conditions however all seem to made it safely. Congratulations to all.

Weekend ride -MTB/Road events

Pls note that there will be NO MTB ride on saturday in Penang as many riders will be travelling down to participate in Ipoh Fellowship ride. There might be road riding on Sunday in Kulim, pls contact Lee (Kulim) for further information. For those travelling down to Ipoh, have save trip and good ride.

KL - Broga ride Apr20 - Call for MKH riders

KL Broga ride will happen on Apr 20, we have started to make arrengement/logistic for the ride. Current plan is to travel on Sat , Apr 19 and back right after the ride on Apr 20. For those who are interested pls contact Danny/Lee(Kulim) before March 31.

Successful Kulim fellowship ride with Letua team

Sunday Mar 16, approximately 200 riders turn up for Kulim fellowship ride. Roadies, triathletes, mountain bikers across a huge age span, from Perlis to Kuala Lumpur completed the 106km ride safely. A brief introduction followed by cross appreciation between Letua and MKH was held before the ride. Below are initial pictures for viewing pleasure

Saturday March 15, Multi trail MTB ride

Start at Youth Park Carpark (Near Indian Temple) at 7.45 am.
Route: Youth Park MTB trail (out and back) to Mt. Erskine MTB trail to PG Hill Jeep Track and Woodcutter’s MTB trail à Air Itam Dam. Expect 4 hrous of solid riding. Ride leader : David Rogers

Kulim Fellowshp ride with Letua on Mar 16

Kulim fellowship ride 2008, Life chance opportunity meet ride and chat with LeTua continental pro team riders as well as riders all over the northern states. The ride will be on 16th March 2008 at 8am from Jabatan Hutan covering 80km or 120km at approx 35kmh. Registration will be rm20, participants will be provided with LeTua logo t-shirt and refreshment during the ride. Closing Date : march 5 2008. All riders including Mountain bikers are welcome.
