Langkawi Ironman 2008 - MKH heroes

2 MKH atheletes participated and completed ironman 2008 on Feb 23. Chong Meng completed with a personal best time of slightly over 12 hours and Kitto finished his first ironman, another great addition to the ironman list within MKH regular riders. Congratulations to both of them...and also thank you to the MKH supporters who went over to Langkawi

Post Election ride march 9

There will most likely be 2 rides for that day.
1) Road ride in Kulim starting from Jabatan Hutan. Route yet to be published. For more info Call Lee(Kulim).

2) MTB ride in Penang : Another tough but enjoyable one covering 1200 step temple and Penang Hill. Starting place: Paya Terubong, new fire station at 7.30am. Ending in : Air Itam. Note: expect 5 hours to complete.

Kulim to Kampung Majsid ride, expect ~140km ride with multiple hills. Meeting place: Jabatan Hutan, Kulim at 7.30am. Pls note that is a possibility of route change pending on turnout and election activities

VERY Hard Uphill MTB ride on Sat Feb 2

Ride outcome : 5 brave souls turnup and completed the route. A full five hours of solid riding (mostly climbing)...Well done folks! Take a look at some of the photos, doesn't it look enjoyable..

Original content : There will be 3 big Hill ride on Sat Feb 2. Lots of climbing and the same route couple of weeks ago where most could not complete. Will add another long technical downhill if every one makes it to the top of the 3rd hill with time to spare. Start time: 7.25 at Bukit Gambir road Junction. Expect time to reach Air Itam by 1 pm( Note 5+ hour ride of mostly hills climbs , so get prepared). More info pls Call Danny's HP

Feb 3 2008 Kuala Muda ride

Ride Outcome : 20 riders turned up, 108km in total. A repeat of Paris-Rubaix 2006 where peloton was held back by a passing train. Look at the pic of the leading riders !!!
